Question: I wanted to ask about the last sequence of the first half, on the Dalton Schultz catch. First of all, what prompted the review? And then, why did the clock continue to run because I saw that the Texans had tried to down it or tried to spike it, so what prompted the review and why did the clock continue to move?
Fewell: “We needed to confirm that it was a catch, number one. After that, we had to get the admin of the play correct. And so, from the admin standpoint, the referee was told that the clock was to be set at 15 seconds.”
Question: Okay. And so the clock was correct? Because when the Texans snapped the ball again, it was at five seconds.
Fewell: “Right. That’s correct. So, it would only have been set to 15 seconds if we were reversing the call. We didn’t reverse the call. And so, then we corrected the admin and the clock to five seconds.”
Question: Okay, so that was on the Texans to know that the clock would start?
Fewell: “That was communicated to the quarterback that, ‘Hey, there are five seconds on the clock and the ball will start on the ready.’”
