A total of seven repeat honorees and 16 first-time selections are part of the 2025 All-NFL team, chosen in voting conducted by the Professional Football Writers of America (PFWA).
The Denver Broncos have a league-high four players on the All-NFL team, while eight teams (Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans) have two players each on the squad. In all, 16 clubs are represented among the 27 players honored by the PFWA.
Broncos outside linebacker Nik Bonitto, Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett, Kansas City Chiefs center Creed Humphrey, Broncos guard Quinn Meinerz, Lions offensive tackle Penei Sewell, Texans safety Derek Stingley Jr. and Bears guard Joe Thuney all repeat from the PFWA’s 2024 All-NFL team.
Garrett was named All-NFL for the sixth time overall – all consecutive from 2020-25, the longest current streak among active players. The streak ties him with Pro Football Hall of Famer Reggie White (1987-92) for the most consecutive first team All-NFL selections at the defensive end position in PFWA award history.
One rookie, Tennessee Titans punt returner Chimere Dike, was named to the All-NFL team, the first rookie punt returner to make the squad since the New Orleans Saints’ Deonte (Harris) Harty in 2019.
The 2025 All-NFL offense includes the Rams’ Matthew Stafford at quarterback (first selection), the Bills’ James Cook (first selection) and the San Francisco 49ers’ Christian McCaffrey (third selection; 2019, 2023, 2025) at running back, the Rams’ Puka Nacua (first selection) and the Seahawks’ Jaxon Smith-Njigba (first selection) at wide receiver, the Arizona Cardinals’ Trey McBride at tight end (first selection), Humphrey (second selection; 2024-25) at center, Meinerz (second selection; 2024-25) and Thuney (third selection; 2023-25) at guard with the Broncos’ Garett Bolles (first selection) and Sewell (third selection; 2023-25) at tackle.
The All-NFL defense is comprised of the Texans’ Will Anderson Jr. (first selection) and Garrett at defensive end, the Titans’ Jeffery Simmons (first selection) and the Seahawks’ Leonard Williams (first selection) at defensive tackle, Bonitto (second selection; 2024-25) and the New York Giants’ Brian Burns (first selection) at outside linebacker, the Lions’ Jack Campbell (first selection) at middle linebacker, the Philadelphia Eagles’ Quinyon Mitchell (first selection) and Stingley Jr. (second selection; 2024-25) at cornerback with the Bears’ Kevin Byard III (third selection; 2017, 2021, 2025) and the Baltimore Ravens’ Kyle Hamilton (second selection; 2023, 2025) at safety.
The All-NFL special teams group is made up of Dallas Cowboys placekicker Brandon Aubrey (second selection; 2023, 2025), the Ravens’ punter Jordan Stout (first selection), the Bills’ Ray Davis (first selection) at kick returner, Dike at punt returner and the Broncos’ special teamer Devon Key (first selection).
The PFWA also announced the 2025 All-AFC and All-NFC teams. Denver leads the AFC with five selections, while Buffalo, Houston and Tennessee each have three on the squad. Seattle leads all NFC clubs with five selections, and six teams (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco) each have three NFC honorees.
The PFWA has selected an All-NFL team since 1966, and All-AFC and All-NFC teams since 1992. The PFWA conducts separate voting ballots open to all members for the All-NFL, All-AFC and All-NFC teams.
