A total of 10 repeat selections and 10 first-time selections are part of the 2023 All-NFL team, chosen in voting conducted by the Professional Football Writers of America (PFWA).

The Dallas Cowboys placed a league-high five players on the All-NFL team, while the San Francisco 49ers had four players honored.
